- An administrator with a deleted talk page. Really? That seems particularly poor practice.
- A bot that goes and puts welcome messages on users not registered on the wiki. What is that?
I would put to you that your practices are quite unusual and not what is desired through the WMF wikis. I would suggest that you read pages like M:Administrators Billinghurst (कुरडी) ०५:०१, १० फेब्रुअरी २०१८ (NPT)
